The University of Washington College of Education is pleased to offer the Master of Education in Instructional Leadership (MIL), a unique degree program that prepares teachers who hold or aspire to leadership positions in their schools or school districts. The MIL program addresses the challenges common to all teacher leaders, while providing an understanding of the emerging leadership and coaching roles within schools and district settings. The program's flexible schedule will allow you to finish your degree in two years or less, even if you continue to teach full time.
